    Conditions for Product Warranty

    1. A proof of purchase, or seller’s receipt, shall be required to validate product warranty which will be checked against the date of purchase. In the absence of such proof of purchase, no warranty claims can be made.

    2. To be eligible for warranty claims, a product must be in its proper working condition. If defects such as dents, cracks, or impact breakage are evident, or its overall condition is that of a non-working item, then warranty shall be voided.

    3. Warranty shall apply only to the part(s) expressly specified on the warranty card. For example, a faucet may be guaranteed against it having faulty valves or dripping. Therefore, the warranty shall include no further than the replacement of such a part.

    4. In the case a whole-product replacement is in order, the Company shall not be responsible for providing tradespeople for the task of installing or removing the faulty product on behalf of the customer. Accordingly, the Company cannot be held responsible for any damages to any associated equipment or material which might have resulted from the re-installation or removal work mentioned above.

    5. Warranty shall not cover any damages resulting from the use of the warrantied product. The Company shall be responsible only for the product(s) marketed by itself or its agents.

    6. Warranty shall be voided in cases where the purchased product has been subjected to buyer’s modification, incorrect installation, transport damage, improper storage, or corrosive wear of its component parts.

    7. Warranty shall not cover any damages during use resulting from sediments, pipe scale, grits, sand, dirt and pipe fragments.
